ORGANIC GYOKURO LEAVES
Japanese Gyokuro green tea also known as Jade Pearl or Jade Dew, for the Japanese “Bentley among teas”. The extraordinary antioxidant potential is due to the specific cultivation. Before harvesting, the tea is covered with semi-transparent mats, which limits the access of the leaves to the light. Darkening stimulates the increased production of the green pigment, chlorophyll, necessary for the proper functioning of the shrub. After about 3 weeks, the tea leaves are exposed and hand-harvested. Intensely green leaves after brewing give a strong, smooth infusion. Strong tea flavor, pleasant to the palate. We use this ingredient to prepare SOTI Natural Gyokuro Green Tea and SOTI Natural Pearl Jasmin Tea
ORGANIC PEARL JASMIN PETALS
This is a unique variety of jasmine, especially loved by the Japanese living in Okinawa – an island famous for the longevity of its inhabitants. Jasmine pearls are made of two large green tea leaves, one young bud picked only during growth (late March/early April) and five dried jasmine flowers. These delicate ingredients are then rolled into the shape of small pearls. The taste of SOTi Natural Pearl Tea is delicate and heavenly.
ORGANIC LEMONGRASS
Palmarosa, or lemongrass, is a tropical perennial plant. It has long and pointed leaves. It can reach up to 1.5 m in height! Lemongrass owes its name to its lemon aroma – and this comes from the essential oils contained in the plant, exactly the same as found in the lemon peel. Despite the similar smell, lemongrass tastes much milder and sweeter than lemon.
As numerous studies show, lemongrass has a very positive effect on human health! This plant is a source of various important micro- and macronutrients, including folic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron. It also contains vitamins A and C and, in smaller amounts, B1. The essential oils found in lemongrass have a great effect on our well-being: they help to relax and rest.

ORGANIC YERBA MATE
Yerba mate is a natural infusion prepared from the leaves of the paraguayan holly (ilex paraguariensis, St. Hillaire). This drink, if properly prepared as in the SOTI Natural Pure Yerba Tea production process, has extraordinary stimulating, strengthening, cleansing and regulating properties. The composition of Yerba Mate is rich in nutrients, thanks to which the spectrum of its beneficial effects on the body is fantastically wide. Yerba Mate is often said to be a healthier alternative to coffee, because it also provides the body with a lot of nutrients!
ORGANIC BLACK TEA LEAVES WITH DRIED LEMON
We have been looking for the highest quality black tea leaves for a long time, which will not only preserve the aroma, but also have a high antioxidant potential. We select full leaves of uniform size and color. We do not use tea dust or stems. We mix these high-quality leaves and store them in a tightly closed container with sun-baked lemon peel, thanks to which the SOTI Natural drink containing this ingredient has an amazing aroma and a slightly sweet aftertaste through aroma diffusion. Tea should be stored in tight, well-fitting packaging that does not let light through. Unfortunately, our analyzes show that many leaf teas in teahouses or shops are weathered, which affects the taste, but above all the health-promoting values of the infusion, which is why SOTI Natural brews right away at the plantation to extract the maximum content of valuable antioxidants and delicious aroma.

How many bottles of SOTI Natural teas can I drink in a day?
With an optimal and varied diet, there is no maximum allowed daily amount of SOTI Natural. The base of SOTI Natural is water, and thanks to the fact that these beverages additionally offer a wealth of flavor and antioxidants, they can be an easy way to take care of your well-being every day.

Can SOTI Natural teas be heated?
According to our research, heating SOTI Natural to 80 degrees maintains a high content of antioxidants, and additionally brings out extra after-taste. Antioxidants are released when the leaves come into contact with water for the first time. That is why it is extremely important to properly adjust the process parameters. Even one degree Celsius difference in temperature makes a huge difference in the effect, i.e. the content of released antioxidants. Once obtained, in the process of precise brewing or maceration, they are not lost when heated to 80 degrees. You can heat the SOTI Natural drink by pouring it into an electric kettle or in a pot. We also recommend mixing SOTI Natural with fruits and species.

Can I drink SOTI Natural teas while pregnant?
Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, our beverages are safe for pregnant women. SOTI Natural Lemongrass Mint Tea, Black Lemon Tea, Jasmin Pearl Tea variants do not contain caffeine. SOTI Natural Gyokuro Green Tea contains 12 mg caffeine/100 ml and SOTI Natural Pure Yerba Tea contains 32 mg caffeine/100 ml. Some polyphenols present in teas may hinder the absorption of iron, while SOTI Natural beverage have been prepared in such a way as not to contain these compounds, and in addition vitamin C contained in Black Lemon Tea facilitates the absorption of iron.

Are SOTI Natural drinks suitable for diabetics?
Yes, one of the motivations for the creation of SOTI Natural was the increasingly frequent phenomenon of diabetes, including the so-called gestational diabetes. Scientists from the Medical University (UM) and the University of Life Sciences in Poznań published a paper in which they showed that green tea, rich in antioxidants, reduces the absorption of starch by the digestive system. The work was published on July 30, 2015 in the prestigious scientific journal nature.com. This means that green tea, and especially its extracts such as SOTI Natural Gyokuro Green Tea and SOTI Natural Pearl Jasmin Tea, may have a positive effect on blood sugar regulation in type 1 and type 2 diabetics, and may support weight management and slimming. In turn, the SOTI Natural Pure Yerba Tea drink contains chlorogenic acid - in large enough quantities to effectively slow down the secretion of glucose into the bloodstream. At the same time, chlorogenic acid increases the sensitivity of cells to insulin. Thanks to this, less of this enzyme is needed to digest sugar, and the process of its digestion is more stable.
